Certified Mississippi Travel Professional
Program (CMTP)
Mississippi Development Authority Division
of Tourism recognizes the importance of the travel professional
and has developed the Certified Mississippi Travel Professional
on-line course. This comprehensive travel professional education
program is designed to educate and assist the travel professional
in selling Mississippi's diverse travel product. The course consists
of twelve lessons, quizzes and a final exam. Upon completion each
participant will receive:
- Diploma
- Window decal
- MS Division of Tourism website listing
- Chance to win a "Mississippi Getaway"
package
- Mississippi familiarization trip invitation
Become a Certified Mississippi Travel Professional.
Our twelve lesson on-line course is available on this site, free
of charge. Certification is available to all bone fide travel agents
and travel professionals worldwide. Achieving certification entitles
you to free and exciting fam tours, information about travel agent
commissionable packages, and a free listing on the Official Mississippi
Tourism Web Site. To qualify to take this course, you must have
membership in at least one of the following: ARC, IATAN, ABA, NTA,
OMCA, or The Travel Institute (formerly known as ICTA), and provide
your number. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

Travel Professional, and would like to update your profile or register
for the course, click here. Certified
Mississippi Travel Professional login. If you have a CMTP number
and password you will need to enter it. If you do not have a CMTP
