a fun-filled vacation extravaganza. Arts and crafts festivals, music
festivals, and Civil War reenactments are just the beginning.

1. Oxford Double Decker Arts Festival
- Oxford
A celebration of music, food and arts on Oxford's historic square.
Mingle with painters, potters and woodworkers. Sample entrees from
Southern chefs. Enjoy an eclectic blend of music including jazz,
funk, blues and rock 'n' roll.
2. Annual Gum Tree Festival - Tupelo
Enjoy the weekend at this outdoor show of fine arts and crafts,
juried competition with cash prizes, music, literary competitions
and a 10-K run. Kick off the weekend festivities at the Tupelo Art
Gallery's Annual Gum Ball.
3. Hernando A-Fair - Hernando
Annual arts and crafts festival centered around Historic Hernando
Square that features more than 200 artisans, live music, food and
children's activities.
4. "Thunder On Water" Safeboating Festival - Grenada
Join thousands from across the nation at this annual event featuring
entertainment. A major fireworks display, carnival, arts and crafts
show, car, truck and bike show, PRC rodeo, bike rally and softball
tournament complete the festivities.
5. Hog Wild in Corinth Barbecue Festival - Corinth
The Hog Wild Festival, once known as the Tri-State Fair, features
live entertainment and thrilling rides. This festival also includes
the annual Hog Wild in Corinth Barbecue Festival, which starts September
30th and is a Memphis in May International-sanctioned barbecue-cooking
contest.
